I finally mounted my Zumo GPS on the bars. I knew the original Triumph speedo was pretty optimistic, but I felt the Drag Specialties Mini Speedo was pretty close to right on. 20 mph Speedo = 20 GPS 42 mph Speedo = 40 GPS 80 mph Speedo = 75 GPS My wife thinks I'm anal. ---Bob

+1. I use a gps on my travels also and have found the stock speedo is out about +5 or even a tad more but not much.

I checked my stock speedo with GPS. The error increases as speed increases, but I am 5 mph off at 78 indicated (actual 73 GPS). Above that it gets off slightly more, below slightly less.
