Huh! See it here all the time. Only usually two to a bike, and NO helmet! And, I'M NOT MAKING THIS UP!, today I saw three girls, on two bikes, wearing nothing but bathing suits! And they were not going to the pool, cause I saw them two or three times in an hour, downtown.
