if it's a speedy there's a little ring thing under your left leg that needs to be pulled in order to release the seat from the fender peg.

First you gotta take out the bolt on the rear of the pillion seat. Then you gotta pull it away from the front seat and set it aside. Then you gotta pull the bigger bolt out . Then pull rearward on the seat. If that don't work... Call someone who's done it before to supervise!

ha....i got the gas tank, fenders, seat and chain guard all off with a flat head screw driver. beat that!!

I've got a hammer that works much better as an all purpose tool! It only works for taking things apart though!!!!
