I love who he throws the devil horns right after he just got done dragging his shoes 10ft, and just before he learns the ASPHALT BREAKDANCE

Hold off on that. We need the entertainment.
The percentage you're paying is too high-priced
While you're living beyond all your means
And the man in the suit has just bought a new car
From the profit he's made on your dreams

Great choice for the first ride. Nothing like jumping on a crotch rocket instead of some little 250CC bike at the local beginners riding course. Morons.
We all like to think of ourselves as rugged individualists. But when push comes to shove most of us are sheep who do what we are told. Worst of all, a lot of us become unpaid agents of whoever is controlling the agenda by enforcing the current dogma on the few rugged individualists who actually exist.

Granted it wouldn't be my choice for a first bike, but give the guy a break. I'm sure almost all of you guys dropped your bikes when you FIRST started riding. I'm glad his friends had the common sense to take him to an empty parking lot instead of just taking him out to public roads like how I learned.

My first bike was a Harley Scooter. Two stroke 175 CC engine that would get to 85 MPH. Auto trans with belt drive and bullet proof. Had 12 inch tires. I ran that thing for about 3 years everywhere. It is still up in the country and my nieces and nephews are still trying to break it. I had only one spill with it and ended up in a brier patch. Next bike was a '79 Bonneville Special 750 that I bought in 1980. Kept it 3 years and 45K miles later sold to keep my wife from killing me. Great bike and I missed it. Roll ahead 25 years and I bought another Triumph. This time a Speedy as I liked the look and the saddlebag capacity. Wonderful bike but for a newbie it may be a bit much. Enfield is importing a bike of 350 CC that would be a neato first bike and the prices are reasonable. They are made in INDIA with 1949 technology and they look pretty cool.
07 Speedmstr, Long Tors, bags, sissy bar and rack, windshield, engine bars, 2 ww lights, 2 fast eddy stickers and a .45 ACP.

That's a staged video, but it's a take-off on a similar video that floated around for a while.

 First Ride, Small Dirtbike!!!
I agree. Any bike that can peel out like that is NOT the right choice for a first ride.

Take the fr**kin class for crying out loud! What kind of instruction is that? I never heard one "don't look down", or "Look where you are going", or anything about using the brakes, front or rear. Trained instructors on a closed parking lot use a SYSTEM that teaches new riders the BASICS first. Street experience comes later, but if you can't handle the bike first....at least read a book about it before trashing a perfectly good machine!
