The British Royal Air Force's Red Arrows did a flying display over New York City.

There is no sound but check out the video. Red Arrows

I was based at the same place as the Red Arrows for a couple of years before i left the RAF. Definately an impressive sight watching them train close up.

Why dont they use the top fighters and not the trainers?

I'll take the Blue Angels any day, they are the BEST IN THE WORLD. They put on a nice show last weekend in Davenport, Iowa.

Maybe they are but they have to put in a bit more work to be as famous as the Red Arrows.

My ex went for a flight with the Red Arrows when she was based at RAF Cranwell which I thought was .

What wasn't cool was the amount of puke in the cockpit .

Before the war on terror, if I saw an unattended package I used to think "I'll be having that!"
