The before picture shows the 02 TBA I bought last fall as I got it, all tarted-up with Triumph accessories. Thank gawd for dumpsters! The after pic was snapped today and shows the solo seat, bobber fender, turn-out mufflers, 10" mini apes, -20mm Hagon shocks and a Miller/Vincent STOP tail light. Mini blinkers were moved to the footpeg mounts and I dropped the front end about 2". It's still early days and I only get to work on it very late at night for an hour or so. I'm not sure what I'll do with the paint, but I do have a cool SS parcel rack I'm going to mount to the rear fender. Before: After:

Cool bike! Ever consider removing the floorboards & the front fork reflectors?

She's looking good, but blackbird is right. That front fender doesn't work with the bobbed rear. I'd at least swap it out for a speedy front, but fenderless work look pretty cool!

Looks great - have you thought about whitewall tyres to set off the colour scheme?
Love the style - are thiose new pipes louder than the stock Triumph short slash cut pipes that you had on before?

Great feedback guys. Yeah, the front fender has got to go! Did that on my Speedmaster and loved the look. The floorboards are on their way out as well. I'm going to install a set of Norman Hyde mid-controls once they arrive.
My -potentially- new painter was over today and checking out my bikes. He suggested a semi gloss black paint scheme with WWII bomber nose art-style pin-up girls on the sides.

Even better the absolute darkest semi-gloss green.

YEAH MAN!!! now just get rid of that front fender, turn signals, floor boards, reflectors and chain guard! hahaha! I love it! Less is more for me, but I am rat bike lover! NICE JOB!!!
Best looking black girl around!
2004 SM-spokes, solo seat, lowered rear, 14 in apes, bobber rear fender, no front fender. Flat black all the way around.

Fender is gone. I bet if the floorboards were blacked-out, they would look OK. That's what I did on my Harley. /Mike

+1! OK, so I'm a little biased with WWII "Army Air Corps" insignias on front & rear. IMHO the "nose art" style works on many of these Triumphs.....

This had potential. Not really a fan of apes, though.
