Ended up putting in a 100 miles today, and I even went to work and put in a full day. Winter has finally let up so, I rode to work. My brother (Neight that lives in San Diego) is in town this week, so I took him out to rent a bike. There is a place (not in town) that rets Triumph and he is renting a Bonnie (he already has one so it was going to better that he get something familiar rather than renting a Speedy). The rental place is out in the middle of nowhere and great ride getting out there. So, it has beena good day. I am taking the next couple of day off. Tomorrow, he and I are taking off to the coast for nice day. I am very glad he brought some of that San Diego sunshine with him.

Have fun Soren, and both take it easy. When my brother and I meet up, we tend to act like children for a while

Ended up with a 300+ mile day today. I guess my brother didnt pack enough good weather to last until today. It didnt rain (much - there were a couple short pockets of moisture), but was cloudy most of the time and cold, but it was still a great ride. Luckily it was sunny at my favorite overlook point on Hwy 101 (overlooking Manzanita).

Nice picture Soren. One day i will make the trip up Highway 1 (?) the road that follows the West Coast from north to south.

Looks like you had a perect day for it. I dont mind cold, i can always put on an extra layer. Its the heat that kills me, and its bloody hot over here now.

Through California it would be California Hwy 1. Through Oregon and Washington it is U.S. Hwy 101.

If you can get down here Saturday, I have a cruiser ride planned to go that way. Beaverton to Tillamook to Seaside then back to Beaverton. We are leaving CMC at 11:00.
