Our bikes came from the factory really lean. Your dealer tuned your ride to be richer than stock. If you go back to stock pipes your throughput will be limited by the pipes. You may not have to re-jet, but you should check the tune. Do a plug chop after installing new plugs and reinstalling the stock pipes and after making sure your air filter is clean. I would readjust the idle mixture screws as they are most likely too far out for the stock pipes. But you never know. At least if you do need to retune, it would be because your ride will be too rich. A good thing given the other side: being too lean. After you install the stockers, look at the exhaust for black smoke at high revs while in neutral. Also while riding, do a full throttle roll to WOT while in 4th or 5th gear and at 4000K rpms, then back off 1/8. If the motor seems to pick up you’re too lean. If it hesitates or top end seems too low, your too rich. This last procedure is geared more towards the main circuit side.

Your jets might be OK with stock pipes, because they aren't as big as some pipes require. Like Moe said, your sparkplugs will tell you for sure.
For the idle jets, adjust one for best idle speed, slow the idle speed back to normal, then adjust the other for best idle speed. This compensates for differences between the carbs. Adjusting by turn count doesn't work as well as it might because of these differences and is only good for a rough initial setting.

What is a plug chop and what is WOT? I had the plugs checked by a mechanic last week and he said they looked fine.

Also, I have the D screw driver. Does counter-clockwise give more gas?

WOT = Wide Open Throttle

Plug chop - going WOT and killing the motor (clutch in so motor stops spinning). You then pull the plugs to look at color. This method gives you a broad indication of rich/lean of your main jets. Bring gloves, plugs are hot!!

Here's a good plug color 'chart' with pics:

Changing your idle circuit via the air screws does not affect fuel. They control air...
