can you describe what you're feeling? Shake in the handlebars, noise from the engine?

How old is the bike? Mileage? Who changed the rear tire and was the wheel balanced?

I feel it mostly on my seat and handlebars no engine noise, and the tires balance and installed by a professional tech, I have tires put on by this shop before, the bike is 04 america, with 23k miles,it fells like a roughness like going over a rough road, it does not have any woble.at higher speeds is verry smooth 70,80,plus mph

Check your chain tension (I would guess too tight) and while you're at it check and make certain the wheel sprocket is square with the chain. The marks on the adjusters are notorious for being inaccurate.

Between 3800 and 4200 rpm, I have a vibration. I didn't notice it until I put on different mirrors. This may be common!

What Ed said.
Anything out of whack with chain/sprockets.
Too loose/worn sprocket will definitely do it.

Was the rear tyre the same as the one you replaced, if yes i would re check the ballance of the rear wheel. if not maybe a problem with conflicting tryes/makes, very unusual but it can happen. if fitted by a dealer then they would or should know what is ok with what.

I have gotten a harmonic vibration from my bike since I got it at certain RPM/speed combinations if I hold it there. Not sure if that is what you have or not. I think it's just the nature of the beast since there is no vibe above or below that spot.

The slow speed vibration could be attributed to a warped front disc. If it's happening when braking at that slow speed then that is the most likely culprit. Like others have said, the higher speed one could just be engine harmonics. I know mine used to have a little between 5.5k to 6k rpm. At least that's where I think it was, it's been so long since I've ridden my speedy and paid attention to it.

Probably not related since you noticed the vibration after you changed your tire but is the vibration speed or RPM related. If speed, continue with the drivetrain issues. Try balancing your carbs if it is RPM related. That's what I had to do to solve my vibration problem.
