Just seen this on the photo site, and shed a small tear. I wish this was my bike. Look at that front end... Chopped America

Someone has started a thread about this bike awhile back...Lover the paint color, cant stand that front end! BUT...a lot of people dont like what I have done to mine either; thats the beauty of a custom motorcycle!
Best looking black girl around!
2004 SM-spokes, solo seat, lowered rear, 14 in apes, bobber rear fender, no front fender. Flat black all the way around.

Want that exhaust. I've always thought about what could be done using the manifold from a scrambler.

I had thought about Scrambler headers too and twist them down around the sprocket cover area for drag pipes. I asked Herm a few months ago about hanging on to a set if he came across them on a damaged bike.

If that were a manufactured front end where do you suppose someone would go to purchase one?

Don't know if that's the brand in the pic, but it's similar.

Yep! While that leading-link front end would be a good addition to the bike if it had a sidecar attached to it, due to that design's inherent resistance to dive while applying the front brake, which causes a hack's geometry to change suddenly and become less stable, I can't say I'm a big fan of that front end, either.
But the rest of the bike IS very nicely done, alright!
Yep! Just like a good Single Malt Scotch, you might call me "an acquired taste" TOO.(among the many OTHER things you may care to call me, of course)
