It's roughly a half hour of nice roads from my house to Mid Ohio. We have a fairly big lot that can handle campers if the rain stays light. And we have a spare room or two should anyone need a place to stay. Very small town, no cops, Biker friendly, and just 2 miles off a 4 lane highway.

Y'all make sure to stop by the Triumph history display. You might see see someone a little familiar on display, almost like you had met her....

As of right now I haven't gotten any confirmations and checking my card I see that it hasn't been charged. This morning I called Triumph head office to get some info and left a message with the head of RAT. No answer back so I just sent of an email as well.
I think I'm screwed.

Has anyone discussed where we can all meet?
Our plans right now are that I will be dropping Adam off at his grandmothers Friday afternoon and then when she gets off of work we take off for the rally. Google has it at about 3 1/2 hours for us to the hotel, so I'm hoping we'll be getting there around 9-9:30 leaving all day Saturday and half of Sunday for fun.

Looks like we'll be getting there a little earlier than I originally thought. Nancy was able to get half the day off so we can drop off Adam earlier and be there by 5 or 6 Friday night.

Just look at the extended forecast and its saying sunny and 79 for Friday and Saturday. biker and wojo now the gates open at 7:00 and rough guess your about 20 min. away, have you given any thought as to what time you might leave the motel. It will be packed. Last year they were maybe 80 that was at the Rat dinner this year they say that there are over 300 already registered

The Kentucky Kid? More like the Stoner on his duck, off in the dirt on lap 24, but typical yota recovery. Definitely a Red Bull Sunday for Rossi.

Anyone planning on doing the Triumph Demo ride.
Last year they were full very early. If you were not camping inside the park, you could not get signed up before they were full.
Also required full safety gear Leather Jacket, Long pants, Boots, gloves, DOT helment, etc.

There would be a Tiger in the line up as well but Ed has been gracious enough to offer his for us to take for a spin. Don't know if I feel comfortable enough doing that.
If they are booked up I won't be too concerned, it's not like there is a new bike coming any time soon. Not with a wedding to pay for.

Hey Gang, I've been away from this board for a while, but I just thought I'd shout-out and mention that I'll be riding there from NJ on my Speedmaster with a friend and his Thruxton.
Not sure when we're getting in on Friday, but it would be cool to do the Triumph owners lap of the track at 12:45 on Friday afternoon! Anyone else planning to do the track lap? (I think it's just a sign-up thing for anyone who owns any year Triumph - but I could be wrong). Chris

All,
I am relatively new to the board and have never attended one of these rallies as a rider/customer (covered the races in my sportswriter days), and I am going to ride out from Pittsburgh Saturday morning. Boy do I have questions. I have not gotten my shiftless a** signed up for a local RAT yet -- does that preclude me from parking in the Triumph RAT area? What do you do with your gear when you park -- is there a central gear check, or do you lug it w/ you the best you can? If not RAT parking, where do the other bikes rest? I was also hoping to meet some of you good - and maybe not so good ;-) - folks whose posts I have been reading on this site for more than a year. Are BA folk congregating anywhere on the grounds? Sorry for so many questions, and thanks for your indulgance.
