 Indicator relocation

Dont know if this has been suggested before but has anyone tried relocating the rear indicators to the position where the passengers pegs go on the hangers. I know wiring could be tricky but just pondered it today. Could look ok..

Done it...and wiring is not too bad...just cut and solder. You will need some hollow screws though....lamp screws work great. just thread the wire through them and up along the frame. I drilled a small hole behind the peg hanger on one of the support ribs to have a wire tie to keep the wiring tidy.

Are the brackets that the turn signals are attached to the ones from the handlebar mounts for the front indicators?

No..they are custom brackets. I used the rear lights on the rear..so had to have a hollow bolt for them. At first I had them mounted in the hole where the rear peg is mounted...but moved them when wife decided she did indeed want to ride....as well as daughter. I suppose you could use the front bracket with the front indicators, but would have to find a way to get the wiring through the peg hanger neatly.
