NC/GA border. Greater Atlanta British Motorcycle Association web page

June 6-8, 2008 this year. I won't be attending, but for those in the area this is a great event. Gosh how time flies. I last attended the 19th Annual British in the Blue Ridge Rally back in 2004.

Went last year on Sunday...enjoyed the bike games and watching kids and rather large women scoot around on classic vintage Triumphs....had a blast...Was gonna take my '72 T120 up there, but she ain't gonna be ready in time...definitely next year...

Some local RATs and I are going. Leaving Wed. afternoon, do 150 or 200 miles, find a cheap hotel. This will be my first BBR. I understand they give a bike away every year. This year an Enfield Bullet.

What the HE** is going on with those boys in Atlanta? This t shirt plainly shows the 19th Rally was held in 2004.

The riddle has been solved. The Greater Atlanta British Motorcycle Association web page has been updated...

Had a terrific time. What a beautiful part of the country. Awesome riding around there. Got a Wolf Pen Gap sticker, but there were many other roads just as exciting.

James Bond BSA
Plenty of Brit Iron
BSA Rocket III

My personal favorite. Didn't miss a beat the whole trip.

Can't wait til next year.

Sweet. I have been going to that area since i was knee high to a grasshopper. Back when the only store in Hiawassee was the 5&10. Merle Haggard performed at the Georgia State fair and milk from the cows teat could be obtained at the intersection of 17 and 180.

We just happened to be in the Blue Ridge area last Tuesday to Friday. We drove around and saw several bikes on Thursday. Sadly we had to leave North GA on Friday morning, but we did see a lot of British bikes on our way back to Fort Benning. Hopefully we can go next year if we are still stationed in Georgia!
