I could kick myself for not having a camera the other night at a bike night in my town. There was a totally rad custom triumph chopper with a springer front end, jockey shift & was set up with a jack shaft. I don't think the owner appreciated me drooling all over his bike.

I'd love to have a springer but the not for $3-5000 george washington's! The old lady's ****** got soaked Sat up near the mountains. She said for me to unchop the back fender or else! After I told her it wasn't going to happen,I found out what else means -after I got in a romantic mood.Still the sight of that wet booty, was great.

Why so much for a springer? I'm sure I could get a custom frame and springer for $3ooo-$4000. As far as a springer, several manufactures have them for <$1000. Custom springers are available @ www.bitterendchoppers.com I'm sure Big Daddy can fit up your Triumph wheel/brake/axle assembly on any type of springer you want for alot less than $3000.

The neck on the BA's are different than other makers frames. I think the inside neck actually tapers from top to bottom. This causes for extreme customization of a springer front-end. I think $3000 is high. I think D & D is charging one-off prices.

Ozzy at QDP can make a BA springer for around $1500 full chromed, ready to go.

Joker, Ozzys website is QDP.com He is the same guy who makes the belt drive's for Triumphs. I think his website is in the links portion of this website.

I did check that hog shop for you. He does have a set of Whiskey bars that you were looking for. He want's $120 for the bars. You may want to keep looking around. Let me know.
