I'm throwing my stock pipes back on my bike and I lost my standard jets for the carbs.
Does anyone know what the standard jets sizes are? I know they are posted on here someplace, but couldn't find them. I also have my air injection system removed, not sure if that makes a difference.
thanks.

my 790 was 120 main and 42 pilot I think the 865 had the same main but a 40 pilot but I would still go with the 42 if you want to put it back to stock.

Pete, your 05 America, like mine, should have come from the factory with 120 mains and 42 pilots. In 05, only the "classic" Bonnevilles came with 110/40.

My bike was rejetted at the dealership when I had TORS and an airbox elimination kit put on. Those numbers are what they told me they was on the bike. I didn't ask them right then and there though. It was after I called back weeks later and asked what they put on (147/42) after reading all the info here. So I don't really know, just taking their word for it. But the more I'm finding out (thanks to this site!) the more I'm suspicious of them.

The AI elimnation should have no impact on jet size and the TOR's shouldn't call for 147's. With a stock airbox I doubt if you'd need much larger than 125-130's. Check your plug color...you are probably running on the rich side.

He said he has the air box elimination kit so the 140 range may be good with TORs depending on his altitude. Altitude make a difference.42 may be the right pilot too but I would think 45 depends on what happened when the mixture screws were adjusted with the 42s.

Guess I should learn to read. Yup, with the AIRBOX elimination kit (aka, the Freak), bigger mains are in order. 147's might still be a stretch with TOR's.

True since there are several incarnations of TOR and some breathe better than others. Air can only enter as fast as it can get back out.
