Count the wife and I in!

We get back from Spain on the 25th so we'll haul our tanned asses on the speedy up to tropical Derbyshire!

Confirmed with Neil so now all I have to do is not forget anything!

I am about 20 miles East of Milton Keynes.

Hoping to meet up with Stretchermonkey and Pony and ride up with them.

Will bring a few mates along too. Martin (GSX1400) and Steve (GSX1400) will definitely be joining us. Gemma (Bandit 600) possibly. And anyone else i can muster!

Sorry folks, owing to a mess up with work rotas I have had to move a long standing commitment to the same weekend, so will be in Durham the same weekend. So if anyone coming south on the M1 sees a big shiney tractor heading north, waving fratically at them, please wave back.

Sorry, guys, been ill recently.

Right, regarding money, I've emailed Marilyn (site owner) to see if we can pay on arrival; if not, I'll PM those concerned with my address for the cheques. Due to quite a few cancellations/other commitments, there'll be about 20 of us camping and 4 in the B&B. A few are joining us for the Saturday day, too.

Not long now!!

Update: I've just sent out PM's regarding payment and my address for the cheques. If you've not received anything but should have, let me know.

Brian, come down on the Sunday anyway to meet the gang. I'm sure that those that live nearer will be up for a ride, especially with someone who knows the roads. Alternatively, if you're going for a blast round that area beforehand, perhaps we can join up with you just to get a feel for the place.

Brian, I'm riding back to my parents at Long Eaton, so will be pootling back towards Matlock. I know the roads but to ride back that way with someone is always good.

Unfortunatly over the weekend i decided to go to the NABD rally at oxford on the weekend of 12th september, so thats my holiday days used up and i wont be coming to buxton now..
If anybody is in that area that weekend or going to be at the Ace Day reunion, Brighton burn-up, in brighton on the 14th, and would like to meet up i have rays BA.com journal and it needs to be passed on to someone preferably going to buxton...
anyway have a good one

Hi Neil yes will come up sunday mornin lookin forward to meeting you all. We,re usually around the peaks at week-ends so if you want a taster of the area beforehand that wont be a problem at all your very welcome. Saying that a group of us are going to the Gold Cup road races at olivers mount Scarbourgh the week-end before your visit so i can,t make the 19th ,20th, or 21st so you only got 3 week-ends including this next one ok!

I'll probably meet you at Jacks hill cafe Mark.

However, we come back off holiday on the 25th so we may be a bit slow off the starting blocks in the morning.

If we are not there then we have opted for a later start.

Have a great holiday. Would be good if you could make it to the cafe!

I got a PM from boichat and it looks like he will be meeting us there too.

I have been working on a mate of mine to come on his Heritage Softail. Would be nice to see a Harley in amongst the Triumphs. Brotherly love and all that
