Rained all weekend so I put the bike on the lift and:

Changed out the shocks for the 412HD's, now it is me or does the factory use epoxy on the mount posts? I had to absolutly destroy the bushing on the stock shocks to get them off the bike.
Installed the Saddleman jumbos on my Easy Brackets
Installed the new Tach
Lowered the Luggage rack a few inches.
Drilled and beat out the first set of baffles, now she sounds more like a bike and less like a sewing machine.
Drilled the slides.
Now I have to order some jets and a uni filter so I can drill out the airbox.
Its getting there.

no garage, big shed, 16' square had to put the tractor under a tarp outside for the weekend. Nice paint on your bike, how do you like those grips? I've been thinking about replacing the stock ones.

I had the exact same bushing issue when I changed my shocks. I put a little heat to 'em and they finally came off. They were destroyed, but they came off.......

The grips are great, they took about a day to get used to, they are a lot fatter than stock, but very comfortable

I know exactly what you mean. I live in an apartment, so my bike has to live outside in the parking lot next to my car.
