I finally got around to putting pipes and jets on my mistress. Just wanted to put it out there to anyone that Pat's instructions were very helpful in this process. Pictures were very handy as well. If you are going to install jets and have not done it before, I highly recommend Pat's site. Thanks Pat! One side note, I don't know if it's because I have a '07, but after trying unsuccefully to disconnect the wire for the throttle position sensor under the carbs, I pulled them w/o taking the connection apart. There was enough wire if you remove it from the clip. you'll know it when you see it.
