Wondering how many of you have dealt with british customs, i ordered some stuff from there around 2 weeks ago and have heard nothing from them, i've trieed calling but there is only an answering machine and have also tried an email from my address and also the one on their site but still nothing. So i don't know if the items have been sent or not. all i know is that they accepted payment for the items and the money has been withdrawn from my account.

I ordered from them a couple years ago, seemed to be fairly decent with shipping time, but their airbox removal kit sucks, thats the one complaint I have and they told me that there were a few substandard kits and they thought they got all of them but I must have shipped one by mistake and instead of sending me new pieces they wanted me to send mine back and wait for new but I didn't want to do that so I still have the pieces they shipped originally and they're not perfect but they work, but the toolbox is nice. There are a couple vendors that are members here, all the goodies with great service and fast shipping.

+ that used both fasteddy and newspeedmaster both very good and shipping to the uk was no probem. had to pay uk customs with speedmaster as order was over £100 which held it up a bit. dont know if auzzie customs may be holding your order up. strange no replies tho

I have ordered stuff through Fast Eddy (great to deal With) got a great bargain with a cover from him. New speedmaster and Bellacorse, all with out a problem, even a harley parts dealer JP takes 2 days from order to delivery even here in Australia. so have been surprised by this. Hope that they can get in touch soon.

I've gotten a few items from them, slower than new bonnieville. Also didn't like having to pay duty on the parts i can pick up in the city..Another thing that bothered me was the high postage price from ups.Dealing with Brent now.

I've ordered stuff from all of the above and some not mentioned, all were good, but by far Brent was the fastest.

Maybe they named their company after the REAL British Customs, because of their customer service...
