friends,
The wife (aka the Warden) sent word today that Calamity Jane is paid off. Title in Hand! I was a bit excited about this and thought I would share. Cant take her out today (mobilized with the Navy for a bit more - like another 11 months) but still thought it was pretty darn cool!
but we did have a beer or two in celebration

I was lucky when I bought mine, traded the T140E in and paid the rest cash from the joint bank account. I think the Mrs thought that would be it, but she did not take into account the after market bits n pieces. Come to think about it neither did I. Congratulations bro, it's a nice feeling, but what do you intend to do with that extra cash each month? More after market bits

I too, have title in hand and it is a great feeling. However, the urge to add to the stable is very strong. Test rode the new tiger and, well you know the rest...

Spring '02 I financed mine for five years and paid it off a year early. Best feeling in the world.

Wow, that means you will have a couple hundred a month to spend on bike parts! So, Brent, what are you doing to celebrate your... ahhh... Mike's good fortune?
