I bought one because it looked so good. The most uncomfortable thing I've ever put on my head on purpose. I sent it back.

The local walmart carries bell helmets. I tried on the half helmet and thought the same thing- not real comfortable. Don't remember if it was the drifter or not.

I have a Bell Shorty and a Bell Modular full-face. I like both of them. If Wally-world sells them I would suggest going there and trying one on.
A bad-fitting helmet is not only uncomfortable, it can be dangerous.

I should have added to my first post that I also have a Bell R/T and it's one of the most comfortable helmets I've ever owned.

I just bought a Bell Drifter and it whistles very loudly at any speed over 50 mph. I've kept it as my back-up helmet as it's very comfortable - still, it's unacceptably noisy.
