I have drilled out my airbox but not stopping there I took most of the back end apart to detail. Unfortunatly I put certain screws in different places so I wouldn't confuse them. Now I can't find one of those special places so...
When I bolted on the fender from the front into the cross brace of the frame I used two dull steel bolts which I think held the rear breaks on. Through the fender pointing toward the air box there should be two narrower bolts than hold the air box up.
What do the bolts look like going through the brace on the frame into the fender? i.e. head type, colour, size.
And what do the bolts going into the airbox look like?
Second question.
There use to be a picture of were the plug was that had to be drilled out of the carburator. This I believe was to get to the air-fuel mixture adjustment. Does anyone know were that picture is or can discribe where to find it?

Not all of the models had that same plug over the air mix screw. There's a good picture of the underside of a Keihin carb on page 9 here at the Jenks Bolts web site. Or, like Erwin said you could go to the definitive Triumph carb site Pat's How-To pages

The fender bolts are gray in color (zinc?), & have flange heads.
