Anyone know where I can find detailed instructions for the installation of the Air Injection Removal Kit on an 07 Speedmaster? I have ordered the low profile AI kit from Sean at British Customs. I don't own a service manual yet, but it seems that I might not need one to perform this removal.

Remove your set/seats, turn gas off, disconnect gas line, unbolt tank and remove, you will see a little metal part bolted to the backbone of the frame with a vacume line going to ir and a large hose from the air box and 2 hoses from the cyl. head (1 each side). That is the whole system. Dis connect the vacume line from the intake and cap, remove the hose from the air box and install a plug, unscrew the to lines to the head (one by each sparkplug),unbolt the part from the frame, install a plug by each sparkplug. Put gas tank back on making sure not to pinch the vent hose, bolt that down, reconnect the gas line, install seat/seats. Done

So what is the best source for stainless M12x1.25 drain plugs? I don't think a US Nissan dealer would be very helpful if I ask for Bluebird drain plugs. Is the Advance Part Number 65214 still good? Is there something a little shorter that I woundn't have to cut?
Thanks.

Stainless Bolts?
