I've read here that the Honda Magna saddlebag brackets work on the America. Does this bracket on ebay look like it will work on an '07 TBA? I'm using XL Tour Master Cruiser II slant bags. Thanks. - John

That does not look like the Magna bracket I took off mine. On the ones I removed the bolt "eyes" were solid round ends on the bar stock, not flat stock with a 90 degree bend like those shown on eBay. Not to say it won't work, only saying it's not the same piece.
they were more like this:

I think that bracket fits the older v65 and v45 bikes (I used to have one). You need one for the new Magnas that have the solid part that will actually hold the bracket out from the bike some IMO. Post a wanted in the classifieds. Alot of guys have them sitting around and may want to get rid of them after they changed to easy brackets.

2003 Red and Black Speedy. What do I want to change on my bike next????

From reading the item description on the auction," THESE ARE MADE FROM THE FINEST STAINLESS STEEL I CAN FIND." I would say that they were made by the seller rather than shop bought.

The Magna ones were suitable as the mounting hole centres were only very slightly different from the TBA. To be sure, I would measure the TBA centres, and ask the seller to measure the same on the brackets.

i don't think the regular magna brackets cost much more than the $45 he's asking anyway.
