I know at least one of you guys watch BSG. What did you guys think of the latest revelation that some key charicters are cylon?

hmm. I was not sure that the four were cylons till the opening credits said they were. I liked the new episode. Not sure what to think about Kara however. I think there has to be a "third party" involved, aka Original series "ship of lights." Never wanted to be Baltar before tonight, but if I had a cult dedicated to me, I suspect I would "abuse" that power...

In the last season finale they revealed the 4 key cylons and I bet you the last is either Starbuck (she blew up and came back via the resurrection ship?)or The President, it has to be a MAJOR character.

The premiere was fun, kept me in suspense and gloued to the TV, also the "do you feel God now?" bit was really funny.

This is the last season so I suspect there will be not much filler crap.

oh man the Tigh shooting Adam bit was awesome. Almost spilled my whiskey!

Last season (to me) was all about regret. Things done, not done etc. makes it a real internal struggle.

If I had to guess, I am going with the Admiral. Leoben said (back in the day ) that Adama was a cylon. he hasn't steered me wrong yet.

I figured the 4 Cylons was a gimick from last season and would be explained away in the new episode but to my suprise they are. Even after the opening credits I had my doubts but when the raider turn around without shooting I knew it had to be.

I'm not sure about Starbuck but at this point I think thats too obvious and she isn't going to be the 5th.

Starbuck has got to be some sort of messenger. Based on Razor, I am waiting for the cylon revolt, with some sort of deal with the colonials and skinjobs. "all of this has happened before, all of this will happen again"... Kinda like Indian, when you think about it....

This is the new series. Very well done this time around. Has very little to do with the original except the basic premise and a few names.

More importantly, what was up between Anders and the cylon raider? What that more of a recognition scan or did Anders get a little download action from the raider?

Can't really speculate too much on the 5th cylon. I doubt it's Adama or Roslyn. Too easy. Starbuck might be a clone. The cylons have had her in custody more than enough times to get a dna sample. With their cyborg consciousness transferrance mechanism it is perhaps possible to use that to download Kara's memories into the clone.

I don't think Moore and Eick have the balls to kill Adama off like that, not this early, although it was an outstanding scene. Unlike Boomer, Tigh can apparently do it right. No more gut shots.

Ditto. I never miss and wear my pocket protetor with pens and mechanical pencils proudly. If they can tie all this together in one last season, that will be interesting to see (my bet is they won't and will do a movie to wrap). It's too bad they stuck so much clothing on Tricia Helfer in the last few seasons...

As I understand it, there's still one Cylon model to be revealed. Kara and Baltar are suspect, but I wonder about the President. Interesting she was the only cabinet member not wiped out in the beginning and ended up in control. Anyway, my guess is that it will be someone no one suspects yet.

Hum, Lee Adama as the last Cylon would wreck havoc but that would mean that Adama would have lost both of his sons... might be too cruel even for BSG standards...

I don't think the last toaster is going to be Adama,Rosalyn,Starbuck,or Boltar ,seems to me they are all to obvious.I agree that it will be a suspect yet to be brought into question.

The though has crossed my mind, speaking of being cruel, will they wait until they find Earth to reveal the last Cylon and have it be a person poised to destroy the planet. Could even be a dooms day movie where it ends with the Destruction of Earth.

I suspect the endgame is some sort of "we are all cyclons" thing. The 13th tribe were the original "humans and created the colonials on Kobol. The fought the colonials took off, built the cylons etc. That would jive with the "all of this has happened before, all of this will hapen again mantra".

I suspect when they get to earth, the folks there will be none to pleased....

I always thought a great ending would be for the Galactica to run into the Enterprise and then end up at earth. That would be cool, or maybe have the borg catch up with the Cylons...

I sure hope they don't end up on present day Earth like the first show. A cheap way to lower production costs and ruin the show.

I do have a Cylon question? It certainly appears that there is a supreme authority guiding them. Who (or what) decides that there will be models that all the others don't know about to protect the secret. Maybe they have been controlled all along by a human or combination like the Borg queen. What if that's the missing model?

Guys

Any thoughts on tonights episode? I think Adama is a fool to let KT fl off like that. Willing to let the safety of the fleet get in the way of personal feelings. Glad Im not a middle management guy int fleet, Id be dead!

It seems to me there may end up being a truce and blending with the Cylons. Boomer went against her model and the centurians have free will now. They are becoming more human all the time.I haven't decided if she knows the way to Earth or not yet. Who is right the pres or SB? The thought also crossed my mind that only Starbuck and the few people with her ever make it to Earth. The rest of the fleet gets destroyed by the Cylons and they never realize 1 ship missing so never follow to Earth. That 1 ship arrives in our distant past and is actually the origon of the Adam and Eve myth. There never was a 13th colony that made it to Earth. Ok that last bit unlikely , there probably was a 13th and they probably did make it to Earth but the rest might be.

Oh God no, that's exactly what aggravated me about the Matrix... I mean come on! so much crap about the "One" and then they just end up in a truce, complete BS!it was like if the script writer was Nancy Pelosi or Hillary Clinton. If this happens it will be the biggest disappointment in TV history. (for me) The whole message of the show would be lost.

At least it is fun to speculate on how it will end... how about SB and gang leave to search for Earth and we don't hear from them until the last episode where we find the BSG fleet near Earth followed by everything the Cylons have in their arsenal, engaged in battle with the human destruction in sight, then the overwhelming forces of Earth are lead by SB and finish the Cylons off in one huge epic battle? a few cylons remain as they have completely assimilated with the humans like the final 4 have. I would be a lot happier with an ending like this. Anyway, good show and I hope the ending doesn't disappoint.

No PAT, it won't be the Borg, that is so yesterday!!! They Cylons will run into the Replicators and be overrun! Then, the Colonials won't be able to tell the difference between Cylons and Replicators, and mass confusion will reign, with a 3-way War, but then the Shadows will return to follow the Colonials to Earth, but when all is lost, the Vorlons return from the Edge to restore order, despite the Chaos instigated by the Shadows....
