All, I run TOR's with no baffles removed and everything stock at this point. I will be removing the AI, Putting on the freak kit and want to re-jet. I have two sets of main jets 150 and 160's from some parts I purchased from a wrecked bike.
The calculator says 153.5 mains. Should I try the 150's?
What about changing the pilot to 45?
I have seen some do this but Dinqua suggests not changing the pilot unless high elevation....I am at around 850-1000 feet elevation during most of my riding.
Any reason to try the 160's at all....seems to big to me.
Any advice would be great!
Thanks Steve

Go with the 150's. I've found the calculator to be one size rich.

Seems even 150 may be a tad large with the air box still in place and unmodified and as far as the pilot jet goes you will probably only have to open the screws some unless you make more changes.

I plan on removing airbox and installing the Freak Kit with K&N pods.

Then probably 155 main and 45 pilot. The guess on main might vary some due to your elevation but 45 seems to be the number for the pilots for almost everyone who has done those mods and then dynoed.

We're at pretty much the same elevation and I'd say you'd be wise to go with the 45 pilots. I just put a pod kit on my Bonnie (yes, I know it's a slightly different motor) and the 45s have it purring nicely at idle. I did have to run the mix screws way in to get it set up right so it would pop a wee bit on decel. Are you going to open those pipes any to really take advantage of the pods?

I dont think i will open the pipes up anymore. I really like the sound they make as they are now. I dont want to get much louder. Plus it makes me nervous hacking at them.
