Our friends across the river are having a rally June 6-7-8. Check out www.ontariorats.com. Several of us from Western NY are going-all welcomed.

I've heard many good things about this rally but haven't been able to make it any of the year. Unfortunately this year doesn't look any better.

I believe that's the same event I accidentally caught up with a few years ago (first time I met Wojo), it was a great time - nice mix of bikes and riding abilities, nice tour through the country, and great people!

That's the one Stewart. You made the first one and they've been doing it ever since.

NOT YET I just pulled this from the Customs website------ Beginning January 31, 2008, U.S. and Canadian citizens 19 years and older who enter the U.S. at land and sea ports of entry from within the Western Hemisphere will need to present government-issued photo ID, such as a driver’s license as proof of identity, along with proof of citizenship, such as a birth certificate or naturalization certificate, or a passport. Children age 18 and under will be able to enter with proof of citizenship. Verbal claims of citizenship and identity alone will not be sufficient to establish identity and citizenship for entry into the United States.

Just a reminder that this rally is coming up and from what I've heard it's well put together. I've never been to it and scheduling makes it impossible again this year but I have met some of the people going and they have high praise for it.

Passport not required yet but we all use them. Makes it easy. If anyone is going we are leaving from Triumph of Buffalo at 9am sharp.

The '08 Niagara Rally is now history. At least 104 reregistered participants signed up and it seemed like there were as many Triumph motorcycles in the parking lot. Weather was good and warm, and every one had a grand time going on guided rides, hiking the Gorge, shopping or just hanging out. A big THANK YOU to Kirk, Peggy, Brent, Peg and all others who helped pull this event off. A special thanks to all the Triumph dealers who donated prizes for the draws after a delicious supper. Detroit Triumph went out of there way with their gracious donation of a half dozen Triumph Jackets for the draws.. Here's 3 Americas that showed up....L-R...BikerT [Willy]...Gerry Brousseau...Shutterbug [Don] Even a RAT showed up.....

That would be great John, missed you, I had a great time with a great bunch and was really nice riding on my way back with Don down some roads I haven't seen before.

My next few weekends are full but we should get together soon for a ride Willy and I'd like to meet Don and see those highway bars in person.

That would be great John......a ride with you and Willy. For me, it'll have to be sometime after the first week of July as I've got to spend some time with the DW and then our daughter is moving home from Thunder Bay to take a teaching assignment in Elora, so I'll be a moving man for a bit. I was fortunate enough to win a really nice Jacket donated by Detroit Triumph, so when I head down to pick it up, I'll try to get in touch with you. Don

July sounds good to me since next weekend I'm moving Nancy into my place and the following weekend is our clean up at her old place before the new owners move in.
Nice on the Triumph jacket, Detroit has a great dealership and I've always felt welcome when I've walked in.
