Does any know if there is a rebuild kit available for the rear master cylinder? I posted a wanted ad in the classified section for a take-off part, but if I can rebuild the original, it would get me back on the road faster. maybe someone knows of a shop that performs such work?

Mike

Mike,
Here's the part numbers if that helps:
T2025500 Master Cylinder Assy (This is the complete assy)

These parts in this group would appear to be everything needed for a rebuild.
2020476-T0301 Connector set, M/CYL Rear
2020031-T0301 Piston Set
T2025512 Pushrod Assy
2020472-T0301 Circlip resov hose

Why rebuild your master cylinder when you can just buy a set of forward controls with the mc attached (Pro-One, Kuryayken, etc...). Then you can do away with the funky triumph master cylinder and way up high brake fluid container.

No, lost out by $2.50 on the carbs. I guess you really need to use those darned snipe services these days to score anything good. I was only willing to fork over $100 for them anyway. I thought it might be nice to have a spare set to tinker on and be able to swap over ocassionally.

Mike,
Surprise surprise, I got an email just a few minutes ago that the sellar of the carbs could not complete the deal with the winner so he offered them to me now. Cool, for $100 I'm getting a complete set of new carbs, cables, airbox and throttle assemblies. I must have been a good boy and some of the karma is coming back to me.

Jethro666, Yes I had my machinist(the same guy who made my panhead tool box mounts) make me a set of plates that I can bolt a set of H***D*** forward controls to. I won't attach the controls until this winter when I do the Big Bore kit and and install the Heavy duty clutch springs from the Honda fireblade. Plus I'm going to have RPM cycles in Dallas(The same company that did Mat Hotch's Triumph) do my heads while I have them off. Contact me at fredlevy@hotmail.com and I will give you more information..........ANGELIS
