Greetings,
I was talking with a Mech friend and mentioned I might be buy a Dyno jet kit. He said that since I have pull out the First baffle out of the exhaust I shouldn't buy it because it will never be able to be "synced " Is that correct ?? Should I not buy the dyno ??

No problem using the dynojet kits. A lot of members use them and are pretty happy with them. You get special needles with clips so you can adjust them. A new set of lift springs for the diaphrams and jets. They have an excellent reputation so i would not fret using them at all. But the main component is the needle, they are custom made. You could easily just use TBS needles and shims to get very close for about 1/10 the cost though. Jets are cheap as are the new springs. I believe the kits sell for about $80US which is a bit steep, but then again, they need to recoup their R&D $$ they spent.
They are located in Las Vegas and I am sure that a couple members took their bikes to them for the R&D work as well.
There, an answer, take free advise for all it's worth.

A word to the wise is not necessary. It is the stupid ones who need the advice. Pat
