If the AI is still on the bike, you can't stop it....
2002 Bandit 1200/ GSXR cams/ 1277 BB Kit/ Holeshot header and can/ 38mm flatslides/ a good head/lotsa hp/lotsa tq- lots of rear tires...

Welcome to the forum. Several guys including me have undergone the same problem. Go to the Tech Vault and check out the carb/intake section. Remove your AI "air injection" with the AI removal kit from www.newspeedmaster.com they've got everything you'll need. Also this means you might be runnin a little lean on the main jet so check into dinqua's carb tunning site. Its got a jetting calculator for whatever setup you've got.

jughead, there are also a ton of products out there to remove the bluing once you get the AI off. Blue Off for one that I can think of.

remove the AI is step 1 after that is jetting and mix adjustment depending on your intake and pipes.

When I took mine in for the 500 mile service, the only mention of the AI removal kit was that the mechanic wanted to know were he could get them.

One thing nobody has mentioned is ballance your carbs! If one side is worse than the other, chances are they are out of whack.
