We were not the only ones saying we wanted Triumph back at the show
The Results Are In! Survey Says...

Mar 20, 2008

Thank you to over 10,000 current and past tour attendees who participated in our recent online survey. As promised, we wanted to share some of the results with you, and most importantly, a few of the next steps we are taking to implement your comments into the tour.

TICKETING
A whopping 87.3% said they prefer to purchase show tickets online, and 80.4% actually did purchase this season's tickets from our website. Our online ticketing program is designed for easy and convenient use. Stay tuned for value added programs for purchasing a ticket online next year. And remember, your best ticket price is always online at www.motorcycleshows.com.

NEXT STEPS

Bringing Back Triumph
An overwhelming number of attendees listed "I want to see Triumph" or "Where's Triumph" related mentions, so we hear you! Here's how you can help. We've been working hard to let Triumph know we want them back on tour, and if you feel the same way, you can respectfully reach out to them and ask why they aren't at the Cycle World International Motorcycle Shows. Here's their North America contact info in case you need it:

Triumph Motorcycles (America) Ltd.
385 Walt Sanders Memorial Drive, Suite 100
Newnan, Georgia 30265
Phone: (678) 854-2010
Fax: (678) 539-8742

Seems lots of folks wanted to see our bikes

What I've learned going to the Cycle World Long Beach Show the last couple of years, Chris.....

DO NOT wear any of your vast collection of Triumph T-shirts to this shindig, as person after person will walk up to YOU and ask YOU where the Triumph stand is located while you're busy checking out that cool new Ducati, Harley-Davidson, Honda, Kawasaki. etc, etc, etc, because THEN they will wish to bend your ear for approximately 47.6 seconds and comisserate their feelings about Triumph not having a presence at said motorcycle show.

(THAT'S what I've learned....though I must admit that the preceeding could only be considered a "random survey")
