Ok, never thought I would say this, (dare not post it on the Triumphrat twin forum...LOL), but am loving my America even more than my previous 06 T-100. Don't want to get off the bike. Been coming home from work in the afternoon and taking the bike for a spin around town. As soon as I get the bags mounted this will be my ride to/from work. Am glad the wife told me to take it for a test ride before signing the papers on another Bonneville. (and don't think she doesn't remind me of that often)

Yeah, they do grow on you. It would be a good idea to mount your bags using EZ Brackets, that way you can slip them on and off easy and they will be locked yo your bike when they are on.

Yep, already ordered the Easy Brackets from Fast eddy, looks like they shipped today.

I'm still looking for the right bags. What did you get?

Glad you like it, Being a Triumph rider/mechanic for the last 30+ years I didn't think it could take the place of my old chopper but it has. My tag starts with PCR and Wendy said the day I got it that it meant Permanent Chopper Replacement.
