I've made several trips on that seat. I always said it isn't a touring seat, but I've put quite a few 200-300 mile days in while using it. It doesn't have much padding, but the shape of the seat is really what makes it so comfortable. You'll feel like you are a part of the bike rather than sitting on it. Buy it. You'll be glad you did!

Well, I'm about 5'10" and 160 lbs and I own one. Gotta say its not as comfortable as the stock seat, but I just rode on it almost all day on Saturday and no problems. Didn't even think about the kind of seat I was on. Kept my stock for a long time to make sure I really was happy with what I've got. Get it man. Its a bad mamba jamba, and it makes your bike look like a bad mamba jamba, and if that ain't enough it secretly makes other Triumph owners jealous.

Well at 5'11" 200 llbs I must have more padding back there, because I think its far better than stock seat. Maybe I just need to go on a diet!

I wouldn't trade back, thus the reason for my selling the stock seat in the classifieds. I've made the switch and ain't goin back. One thing whihc is nice is that it lowers you down "into" the bike. Kinda like what nuthin says, more direct riding experience.

I'm 5'9 200+ lbs and I so far like the stock seat. Wendy wants some more padding in hers though. I have been saying for a year or more I want to do a gel insert in her seat and I'm still saying it! I haven't gotten to it, don't even have the materials yet.
