It's also because a good portion of us can't ride yet until the weather breaks I'm so over winter after the coldest february in Indy since 1994!

winter has been a rollercoaster here. It was just in the 60s here and that night it dropped into the twenties. One day we get snow and ice then it rains to beat he11.

Well, you really could ride anyway. Of course it might not be much fun and the street repair guys might get upset about the ice spikes on your tires.

i was just thinking today that this has been a really mild winter here this year,,coldest temp at night was 22*, 60's and 70's almost every week. i guess it's the la-nina, instead of the el-nino, which keeps the jet-stream north of us about 200 miles. the result is the really cold air doesen't get here, and we get warm air off the gulf.. at any rate,,it's almost spring here now,,thinking a while ago,,i'll be cutting grass in 4 weeks.
