Any suggestions on the best way to polish out some stainless mufflers? Preferrably things I can pick up locally & do the job today.

I have one of those cloth wheels for my grinder and I use the red wax block for polishing, available at pretty much every hardware store.

I use the cloth wheel and emery or rouge wax block dpending what phase of polishing I am doing. The emery is not quite as fine as the rouge.
