Than getting back on the bike after being off for a while? My apologies to the seasonally snow-bound, but I am usually a year round daily commuter and it has been two weeks and I have been waiting for a day just like... Today!

Been a couple weeks for me and Kimmy as well...My bike is still on the jack awaiting tires, brakes and an oil change, which will be completed some time next week, and Kimmy's bike is ready and waiting...gonna be sweet once I get the weather (anything >50 degrees and dry)...

I froze my ****** off, but I went for a ride around the block Monday. Now, you have to understand, I live in the country and our block is 2 miles on a side.

Couple of weeks off the bike...hmmmm... how about half an year and bikes and gas twice the price than in U.S.? It's hard to ride avg. 4000 miles a year, but of course, there's plenty of time for polishing

Must be a weather barrier between our states, it didn't do anything but drizzle cold, cold rain and only got into the 40s on my side of the fence. All I ask for is sunshine and dry this time of year and over 20. Maybe this weekend...

Only 40's here too. low to mid 30's on the way in this morning, but just overcast,no rain. I will go as low as 28 most winters below that sprinkler ice can be an issue, even when it is dry. This year I have ridden to work when it was low as 23, it is like snowmobiling to work.

Rode to the shop, took the truck to pick up a bike. got it fixed took a extended road test, came back fixed a carb on a chopper, took it for a road test. Took my bike to lunch, then finished up packing boxes and what have you for more moving. Grrrrrrrr 1 more week to get all this stuff out of here.
Dont like what you see??? Big red X in the top right of your screen will fix it!

It's a combo of the 20F high today & the roads coated with salt&sand That kept me from riding. But this gives me time for some mods.

I've given up on that, I'll settle for some bearable weather. There is snow on the ground and it is currently 27F at the airport 2 miles away and we are under an official 'winter weather' alert.
