Apparently this article caused quite an uproar when it first appeared...folks couldnt believe an inexpensive $80 helmet giving better protection than helmets costing 6 times as much. I read they were flying off the shelves faster than condoms in a ****** house when the article first appeared..lol...am thinking of getting a pair, $60 at bikebandit.com..anyone have experience with the ZR1 Strike? http://www.motorcyclistonline.com/gearbox/motorcycle_helmet_review/
Yeah, the Z1R did well in tests, can't beat it for the cash. I opted for the Scorpion EXO-200 for the flip up shield and removable visor. So far, I love it. (Scorpion lids are DOT & SNELL, draw your own conclusions...)
