Since my Speedy is being totaled out and I most likely won't be buying it back, it's time to start shopping for something new.
My current list thoughts:
'07 Tiger (dealer has a demo unit for $2k below MSRP)
'06-'07 Sprint
'08 Kawasaki Versys (The price on this is very tempting, although what do I do with all my Triumph gear then??)
Triumph Thunderbird Sport - kind of like this option as well.
Of course, another Speedmaster or America is always an option, but as much as I love my Speedy, I think I would like to move to a different style of bike.

Another Speedy or a TBA would be my choice but if you are already crossing those of the list then i think my order if choice would be
1 - The Thunderbird 2 - The Sprint 3 - The Kawasaki
The Tiger doesnt do much for me. Though i hear they are really great bikes. Just not my cup of tea.
Good luck choosing.

only bike I would consider if buying new would be the Triumph twin line or a Rocket III.

If you're looking for a cruiser, consider a Victory. Until the 1500 comes out, of course.

Oh look...a V-Twin. How original.
Dare to be different. Buy another Triumph.

Forget the kwaker, they have about as much personality as a refrigerator. The TBS is a great bike, all the looks of a cruiser only they have more power. If they hadn't already given the name to a more sporty looking bike, they should have called it the Trident. Might still be in production if they had.

+1 for the Tiger. I did it and 6,900 miles later it still makes me grin ear-to-ear EVERY time I hop on and pull away!!

Go with a TBS I have a 98 and love it! It took me a few months to find a low mileage one but they are out there.Another thing too these bikes have very little plastic and are built very well...
