I just got back from a three day 1,064 mile ride in the Kerrville/Bandera Texas area. Had a blast riding some of the best twisty's I have ever rode. The scenery is awesome! The weather was great! and I want some more and will be going back! for sure! We went to Luckenbach, Texas a must do if your in the area, made our way to the Enchanted Rock! Now that's something to see! Had Bar B Q at the world famous Coopers in Llano, Tx. Here's a small YouTube Vid with some of the Pics I took! Please enjoy and Take Care. Terry! 85 mph? That was quite a ride for an old country boy. Like 750 miles just to get there and back. Looks like y'all rode through Fredericksburg? I can't see you slabbing it down 35. Nice Video! I liked the black and white portions. The road surface or the lack of it really shows up in B&W. Beautiful. Next time y'all better call Ron! I guess you and Glyn are ready to roll to Florida now?

Wow! Now i'm ashamed of myself! I never thought about Ron being in that area. I'm Sorry Ron I rode out there on the Invitation of the Fire and Police riders group and yes Moe you know me to well.... I never hit the slab... Back roads the whole way. Hitting the road with a bunch of cops leading is the way to go... Meaning an average speed of 85 to 90 on the open roads.... They ain't scared Nathen I hope you never get left behind again, I've ridden so much with you and Levi that it seemed out of place with ya'll not there! Take care T

85 to 90 mph? Now that's what I'm talkin bout! Wish I could've gone, but sounds like it was invitation only and I wouldn't have been able to get away from work anyhow. I say the hill country is our next ride! I feel no need to re-visit Y City at this point in my life...

Come on Levi and Glyn, you know Meth girl's only had eyes for Yota. And as far as going back to Y city at this point in your life...Levi, I was thinking about not going back my entire lifetime!! Brown shower water just isn't a good thing. The Hill country ride sounded great. I would like to join you all sometime. Donny might have to ride his Dyna glide because he said that Thunderbird just about did him in as far as riding postion.

Hey tmax I'm glad you had a good time in my back yard (sort of speak), I live in center point so I know most of the back roads, in may 2,3,4 in llano is having haws n the hills, I made it last year it was a blast hope you and your riding friends can make that event, if you do BRING YOUR CAMERA. You said you went to enchanted rock? the event is just a few mile up the road, did you make the willow city loop? a must see this time of year. Hope you make it.

saw this tread and wish I was back home (grew up in Bandera) if you're around or headed to that area from SA, take 46 from I-10 in Boerne to Highway 16 just south of Pipe Creek. that's a nice stretch of road!
