I am unable to activate my account. I go through the registration process but never receive the e-mail to activate my account. I have tried using two different e-mail accounts to no avail.

My account on the old forum was "schwartzkm".

It's been happening to a few people. You best bet is to send an email to admin@bonnevilleamerica.com and Robert can set you up manually.

Don't know if you have been able to set up account yet, but wondered if you have a spam filter on the e-amil accounts which is moving the message somewhere else?

I am using hotmail and admin@bonneville.com is a contact in my address book. SPAM filtering is enabled and set to dump all 'spam' in 'junk e-mail' folder. I never delete the contents because it aut-deletes in 30 days. Still no luck when I used my g-mail account.

Still no luck.

I am willing to bet money that it is one of three things:

1. Your hotmail account
2. Your spam filter
3. Your junk mail filter

Do you have another email address? Use it instead of hotmail.

After all, it would not used for anything except authentication. You can still use your hotmail account for board activity.

I know that Robert is quite busy, so emails to him about activation may not be seen right away.

Hotmail account. Hotmail is not too secure which means everything gets through. I did have their SPAM feature enabled but I turned it off today. The SPAM setting when enabled was set to NOT delete mail just dump it in a folder named 'junk' for auto-deletion in 30 days. Should have made it in.

I have used 3 different e-mail accounts: Hotmail (this account is wide open and the one I use for all my internet registrations); gmail (wide open with no filters...if it is being blocked it must be a setting that I cannot control) and unfortunately my work e-mail address (which might block it depending on how the e-mail is formatted. If it is a direct e-mail, my system will not block it).

I know the problem has to be on my end but I can’t seem to figure out what the problem is. I have turned off all spam filters and I am not blocking any domains (ex: *@hairloss.com) so I am at a loss as to why the e-mail is not coming through. I know hotmail doesn’t do a whole lot of filtering and with the client wide open I am at a loss.

same here. wife set up account!i'm choochoosd90 e-mail suppose to be watertiger2@bellsouth.net.at age 55 got my first 750 bonn.(1978) which is bike #23.allmost completed after 3 years of persistance.sure like website.sure like bike.
