I changed my chain out the other day and couldn't find my rivet pin to rivet the master link, so I used a spare master link from another Brand (RK chain-DID master link) that I had in my tool box to hold me over until I could find my rivet pin(all I wanted to do was ride). Wrong move(and to make matters worse I knew better
), during my ride the chain oscillated like mad. well after a very short ride I returned home, searched my tool box and found the rivet pin. All is back to normal. Learn from my mistake. Don't rush a job......ANGELIS
