Getting ready to order and want input on what other jets that I may want to bring in. I see various from 148's to 155's. Also right now I get 50 to 51 mpg, what can I expect with the change. I know its going down but whats the average. Also should I get as set of 45? Rather have it here that have to wait for it to come in. Phil

Any mains in the range you mentioned are probably a reasonable starting point.
Other factors including pods, needles, shims, pipes, & baffles will have their influence too.
I'm a bit lean right now with 150s, emgo pods, stock needles, no shims, & SpecSpares with homebrew diffusers added to the baffles.
My plan is to play with the needles next & see what happens.

45s are pretty touchy.
I ran 'em ok 'till I added 1/8" hardware cloth diffusers to the 1/4" ones I'd been running.
Then it started stumbling off idle & I went back to 42s.
It's happy with 'em now.

That's about all I know.
Hopefully, some folks with more scars than me will have some input.

I'm running the freak with 150 mains and 45 pilots, carb sliders drilled, short slash pipes. The freak kit came with 160 mains but it ran too rich. I'm running at sea level which can also be a factor in your set up.

With the TBS needles, 150s are probably going to be correct. Only go the 45s if you cannot adjust out the worst of the decel popping. There will/should be some....
