Riding mt TBA home from work last night saw an older lady (about 65 years old) semi cut off a guy in a mini van.The guy in the mini van blow his horn gives the little old lady the finger and mother-f**** her out the window for about the next 8th to 1/4 mile.At the next red light I look over and see the obligatory H.D. sticker in the side window of the mini van and said (I thought to myself but I guess it must have been a little louder)ooo a hard a**.Now MR Mini van turns his attention to me and starts how he should may-be teach me to mind my own business.Just when I'm thinking this may come to blows, the light turns green,he pulls away and yells out the window "JAP BIKES SUCK".Laughed so hard I nearly had to pull over.

Why not put a Ferrari logo on your toaster?

I often wonder how many people with Harley stickers, whether mini-van or pick-up, actually have a Harley. I wonder the same thing when I see someone with a Harley or Sturgis t-shirt.

Got to say it again...XHD stands for Ex Harley Davidson. After 12 years riding on Harleys and dealing with poseur HD "bikers", my relief at finding a real bike and a real group of folks like BA.com is immense.
HD has worked hard to build this tough guy image among a lot of dentists and accountants and too many who buy in to this stuff go overboard.
Here's to my 03TBA...faster speeds, faster turns, faster braking.

That Miss_Whoever-She-Was is not the only person geographically challenged. Maybe we need a globe logo on our bikes pointing to England.

Probably not even a rider, let alone a Harley rider - spends his evenings watching OCC reruns and fantasizing about being cool.
My recent ex-gf's uncle is a ranking member of a 1% MC, and she got sort of adopted as part of their "family". Diehard HD guys to a man, but when she told her uncle I was getting a Triumph, the general consensus in the club was that I made a fine choice, the only "other" bike that a Harley guy could really respect.
The three HD riders I work with admire my BA too.
A guy that looks at a Trump and says "Jap bikes suck" probably knows nothing about bikes.

HD is a brand now, so its reasonable to expect that an owner of something that fat, slow and prevalent would also want to share the brand. In all seriousness HD derive a lot of coin from branding everything from underwear to ...toasters (lol), just kidding. But you'd think that someone with the decal on the van was at least bike aware

...yes, that is a single seat...no, I will not put the other seat on...yes, I am selfish...yes, you should buy your own bike

was at a customers house the other day where they had 3 izuzu troopers in the drive, all 3 had h.d. wings in the back window. when i ask who rode the h.d. they all said "nobody" i said i noticed the stickers and their response was "oh, we just like them, they look cool" i then asked " how much is h.d. paying them to advertise" they all looked at me with that blank stare like a deer caught in the headlights and i said "well it seems to me that if you dont even ride then you should be getting some kind of compensation for the advertising" I dont understand someone advertiseng for something they dont even use. i have a musician friend that will not wear anything logo'd on stage because he is not being paid to advertise for them. i dont wear anything like nike or polo or anything with a co. logo plastered all over it either, like a coke t-shirt unless i believe in or own stock in the company. Like Triumph, i will wear hats, shirts or other apperal with the logo because #1 i own the product and #2 i believe in the product, but i wouldnt wear something from sukawhonya or h.d even if i was paid hahahahahahaha i just dont understand the mentality and the gulibility of some people that they can get suckered into things like that so easily??? there was a time when people were paid to walk the street with a billboard hanging on them advertiseing a resturant or some such thing, but today paople will willingly walk into a store and pay good $$$$ to then advertise for someone like coke???? I DONT GET IT!!!!!!!

ENJOY!!!!! NEWT!!!!!
