I curious to weather my bike is still running lean, Heres my Setup:
05 TBA
Thunderbike Pipes
Single uni filter
All snorkles removed
132 Mains, 42 Pilot's
1 Shim
3 turns out on Screws
And Pat's Jetting Calc. says I should be dead on but my plugs are still A light gray not tan. Does this sound right?
Any Suggestions? Thanks!

Your spec meets both Pat's and the Jenks set up recommendations which only leaves your float height setting as a variable. Light gray indicates a tad lean so you might adjust the float height up ever so slightly to improve the fuel delivery capability. Use a fine graded metric ruler and adjust both bowls to an equal setting (you do this upside down so you bend the tab to reduce the measurement)...of course once you do this you really need to balance the carbs for optimum response and efficiency; then you can check your plugs for color, a nice light cocoa brown is right.

A positive attitude may not solve all your problems, but it will annoy enough people to make it worth the effort. Herm Albright (1876 - 1944)
