Check these out, it's like heat shrink for golf club shafts and the best part is that they have flames. I just ordered a set today (the purple ones). Now I can have my golf clubs match my pool cue, bowling ball, car and bike. OK, the flames arent all the same but, they'll all have flames. My game will still stink, but I'll look cool. http://www.shaftskinz.com Soren

pretty good cue.. i used a Mc Dermot for a long time. Use to crack me up when people would spend 800 or more on a high end stick and get beat by someone with a under 200 dollar stick.

I think I paid $75 for mine about three years ago. I'm not the best pool player, but I do ok. I bought it because I was playing more and more at the time and got tired of house cues and tring to find one in good shape and flames are cool, so when I lose a game, at least I look good Soren

I have tried everything from a high end Mucci, to a wal-mart skick.. I fell in love with the mc Dermot first time I shot with it.. It has some flex for great control of the cue ball, but not a like like the Mucci. It is stiff enough to make a masse shot but not like a piece of steel similar to the cuetec( great for breaking them cuetec's are.) I think i paid 140 or so for the one I have..

I wonder if that stuff is flexible enough to wrap brake lines or something similar?? That would be cool on a bike, Brake/ clutch lines and wiring harness "flamed" to match the paint??

That is a good idea. I guess I'll find out how flexible they are when I get them.

still cracks me up when someone w/ a $200 stick gets beat by me using the warped, greasy house cue.
