I just purchased two classic leather jackets, (one for myself and one for my wife), from Fox Creek leather.
I cant imagine a better crafted, more durable, and higher quality leather than this. I know you can pay more, but I would bet money that differences in quality are insignificant. You could only be paying more for the name.
The jacket, off the rack, fit perfectly in all the right places, the vents were positioed for maximum air flow, all the pockets are well designed and deep, and the leather is buttery beautiful.
Their customer service was excellent too!

I recieved my custom tailored Fox Creek Classic II jacket a couple of weeks ago after they sent me jacket in the spring to test fit (I am too round for off the rack so they melded a 46 top & 48 bottom). No break in neccessary as it was already buttery soft and ready to wear. I concur, it's hard to imagine a better made piece of equipment and their customer service department was stellar.

Ditto here. My Fox Creek Vented Racing Jacket is by far the best leather motorcycle jacket I have ever seen.

I happen to be in the market for a leather jacket, and was going to post to ask where to look. I went to Kelly's leatherworks here in IL this past weekend, and they wanted almost $700 for a jacket. I'm off now to search for Fox creek's website.

Hi Guys, I bought one from Fox Leathers about two years ago and it is by far the best that I have ever had.

My Fox Creek Classic II is really nice. It is incredibly thick and heavy, yet very soft and moves well.

However, when I got it in July I just tried it on, said "yep, it fits", and threw it in the closet until it got colder.

This past weekend I brought it out and rode. The collar really interferes with my helmet (full-face). I'm past the 30-day return period. I've heard they have really good customer service, but I'm kinda unwilling to try to return it after more than two months especially since it was my fault for not making sure it worked for me within the normal return period.

Maybe this should go in the classifieds, but if someone is interested in a Classic II size 50, I could be willing to let it go.

I guess I'll be the only devil's advocate here, but I HATE my Fox Creek jacket. I think it's an overpriced piece of crap. By far Walter Dyer is a much better product for the money.

I found that both of my Classic style jackets collars (Fox Creek and Wilson's) rub the helmet base unless I zip them them up all of the way. I just figured it was the price of "cool" and went on.

Regarding their customer service.

Last year I bought a set of bags from Fox Creek. As I am a procrastinator by nature I waited to order them and received them two days before I was heading out to Sturgis and beyond. In the scramble of packing I threw them on the bike and strapped on everything else and off I went.

BTW. They are very nice bags, top quality.

Fast forward to this year and I am getting ready for this years trip down to the Smokeys and actually have a bit of time to take more care in getting getting the bags on straight. After struggling and failing to get them straight it became apparent that the bags were offset in the yoke (by design) but that they had sent me two of the same side resulting in an offset of the offset.

I'm thinking great, they're going to love the phone call they get when I get back from the trip letting them know that it took me a full year to discover the "problem".

Fast forward a few days later. We are having a blast on a great road in rural North Carolina, rt 29 I think, and I go whizzing by non other then Fox Creek Leather. What are the odds? Of course I turned around and went back to have the conversation in person. The gentleman looked at my like I had two heads as I tried to explain what happened but as soon as we walked over to my bike and I pointed out what I was talking about he was ready to make it right right there.

I was packed and the sun was heading down and we wanted to make it to Boone that night so he told me to pack them up when I got home and to give him a call and he would provide me with his UPS account # to ship them back and he would fix me right up.

I haven't made that call yet because I may need the bags again before snow flies but I have no reason to doubt he will honor his promise.

It seems like a real nice family run operation to me. I almost bought a jacket while I was there but I didnt want to spend the money at that time.

+1 for their customer service. I finally decided to ask them if they would accept the return even though its well past the return period. I got a reply to my email within minutes saying they would allow me to return it and refund me in full.

I bought the vented bomber jacket and couldn't be happier. Excellent quality and very fast service. Haven't had a need to try the customer service, but I've heard nothing bad about it.
I recommend them.
