I have a project I am working on and for this, I need to have very fine control of the placement of the paint. I want it to stand up to the elements (sun, rain, etc) and motor temperatures will not be a factor. I figure epoxy paint would fit the bill.
Recently, I was watching "How Its Made" on Discovery (great show!), I saw an episode where they were using this injector (kinda like a hypodermic needle) to inject what looked like epoxy paint into very small areas.
Does anyone know of anything like this?

Excellent!!! I believe the 891-903 little bottle would be perfect! holy crap! $13 with shipping. I might be going over to home Depot this afternoon and see if they have anything like this. We also have a woodworking supply place here in town....

Phil you might also try a hobby store that deals in remote control cars. I have a couple of bottles that look real close to those that have oil and other liquid in them. You could dump the liquid and clean them out and have what you need.

you'll have better luck at like a Woodcraft or Rockler than HD.

I went to this place called Pearls yesterday. Got two little plastic squeeze type bottles... Best part? They come with a screw on metal tip with a 0.5mm hole in it! That will be perfect. They also had the paint I need! All for $12
