This is a cross between a half helmet and a 3/4 helmet.

Wind noise is considerable reduced from a half helmet and about the same as other 3/4 helmets with a shield I have owned. The helmet does not come as far down on the back of the neck and the sides over your ears are really soft padding and not the helmet itself.

The helmet is really comfortable and relatively light. Cost was 75 bucks and had to be ordered in the flat black color. Fulmers are only availalbe at authorized dealers and not on the internet. But I did want to try it on first before buying so it was alright. I normally wear a medium but got a small in this helmet. After a few weeks of wearing the tightness went away and fits great now

Yeah....Beer is a great tool to help you through all kinds of trouble in the garage.

I posted the pic and was wondering how long before someone commented.

I bought a Fulmer 1/2 helmet a few weeks back. I wasn't able to wear it until a week or so ago, when my perscription riding glasses came in. No complaints about the helmet, fits nicely and doesn't seem to "pull" too much on my neck while riding. Took a little getting used to having my face in the wind.

Of course, now we've been hit with a cold spell and I'm back to wearing the full face for warmth. The temp. at the bank I passed this morning said 37 degrees!
