I used a set of Kendas on a sport bike I had many years ago. The closest thing I can compare them to, are hard rubber fork lift tires. They were they hardest pieces of crap I've ever had on a bike. I bought them because they were cheap, but I would definetly recommend paying a little more to get a quality tire. Dunlop fan myself.

I used to work at an outdoor sports store that sold mountain bikes, and we used to joke about how junky Kenda tires were. Don't know about their motorcycle rubber, but the bikes tires were junk.

I've got a Kenda on my dirtbike. It seams to do really well for offroad, but a harder rubber is better for that terrain like everyone else is saying. On the street machine I'm running IRC Cheap, but pretty impressive. I put the "rear" on the front. Sshhhhh! don't tell my tire its in the wrong place. IRC Tire

I replaced the front stock bridgestone crap after only 8000 miles on them and the rear after 12000 with Kenda. Half the price of the "name brands" and wearing well at the 20000 mile mark.

seeing as Metz has been plugged and they are top notch, loved mine and got good mileage out of it. I now have IRC Wild Flame and am equally pleased and it was about $100 with shipping.

I was just wanting to see what everybody runs on there bikes.my stock BS looks brand new except for the chicken strip.such a waste of good rubber. It just seems to me that spending a lot of money on a tire that wears out in 8k just in the middle is just not my cup of tea.I do understand the safety and performance issues.Thats why i want to buy low cost but good quality.

I got about 12,000 maybe it was 13,000 I forget , out of my Metz 880. The IRC seems to be wearing well too. I have about 2,000 on it so far maybe 3,000. Seems to hold the road well in wet and dry conditions.

Low on money years ago,so I mounted a new Kenda on a Gold Wing.Fair on dry pavement, terrible in the rain.Like somebody put grease on the back tire.It was kind of fun sliding that sled around in the rain .NO I would not buy another one unless that's the only choice you have.

Well,I bought front and rear kenda Kruz 673 tires.nice tread design.went on my 2500 mile round trip and the tires were so much better than the stock Bridgestones excellent handling on wet and dry pavement.very nice ride.I can't say how many miles i will get out of them but for the 116.00 i paid for the set,i don't think i will be disappointed.
