So, I'm getting a set of Bub slashcuts for my '07 America in a while. I'm doing a little prep work to make sure everything works out smoothly when I install.

I figure I'll need to rejet, so, using Dinqua's calculator (which was a bit of a challenge since I use a Mac) I came up with a 129 main jet, which I don't see available anywhere. I figure a 130 will work.

Anything else I should be aware of from anybody who's put a set of Bubs on?

you can get the odd size jets but not easy to find even half sizes such as 125.5 but 130 should be OK if not you can try 125.

Hey Dennis,
I run the Bub's on my '03 790 TBA.
Here's my set-up:
No AI, no snork, UNI Filter. Stock airbox.
45/135, 1 shim on stock needles. Wrong Harley Thumbscrews
Soon to be replaced with the the correct ones from Brent.
This should cure my slightly rich at idle condition.
A vid of my bike on the dyno can be seen at youtube.com
Search for "Uncle Charlie's Dyno Run".
65.34 rwhp, 49.83 ft/lbs torque
Air/Fuel ratio pretty flat, a bit rich @6k, but that's
where the torque peaks, and it really pulls!
Let me know if you have any questions,
Uncle Charlie
Check out the thread NH Dyno Results, my chart is there.
